3. Do I need to be located in Sharon, CT? Not at all. While I am based in Sharon, I serve clients throughout the entire Berkshires region, including Southern Vermont, Eastern New York, and Western Massachusetts. I work with many clients remotely using secure cloud-based software, but I am also available for on-site visits when needed.

4. What accounting software do you work with? I am experienced with most major platforms, including QuickBooks (Online and Desktop), Xero, and specialized payroll systems. If you are already set up on a system, I can jump right in. If you are still using a shoebox full of receipts or a spreadsheet, I can help you migrate to a professional system that saves you time.

5. Do you work with individuals or just businesses? I work with both. While many of my clients are small businesses, farms, and restaurants, I also assist families and individuals who want professional help managing personal finances, bill pay, and household budgeting.

6. How do you charge for your services? I don’t believe in surprise bills. Every client is different, so I offer customized pricing based on the volume of work and complexity of your accounts. We can set up a flat monthly retainer or an hourly arrangement depending on what works best for your cash flow.
